Our Services

Kuremara provides a wide range of services, programs, and support for people with disabilities.
We have over 10 years of experience in leading the delivery of primary health care services in Rural Queensland. We bring together a diverse set of skills from a wide variety of healthcare backgrounds to provide quality support services for our participants.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a form of assistance that provides help with daily tasks, aimed at allowing you to live as independently as possible while improving your skills. SIL is a paid service that covers personal support needs.

In-Home Support

Our in-home support services are of benefit to people who require some additional support in their own home and/or community. In-Home Support relate to assistance with daily personal activities including assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life.

Short Term Accommodation (STA)

Our Short Term Accommodation services offer a home away from home. Meet new friends, try new things and recharge. Under the NDIS, STA replaces what used to be called respite for people with a disability.

Community Access

Community Access support under the NDIS is all about giving you the chance to tick off that list. Living a full life is about getting out and about, meeting people, and trying new things. Participation in community, social, and civic activities is an important tool.

Community Nursing

At Kuremara we can provide quality, personalized nursing care in the comfort of your home. Our nurses genuinely care, have integrity and are experienced. If you require frequent assistance from a medical professional for complex health needs.

Transport

Travel options may seem simple and obvious to many people, but when you’re living with a disability mobility may be one of your many core struggles, getting from place to place can present a serious challenge and may face many obstacles in their mobility.
